Welcome

I’d like to extend a warm welcome to you and your children to Northdown Primary School!

It is a pleasure to see so many of our existing families and many new faces who chose to put their trust in our school to provide an education that is created to build upon your children’s hopes and dreams for the future.

Choosing your child’s first school is never an easy task, and is made even more difficult in our current climate. I always say to parents that a child’s first experiences of school will form an everlasting footprint in their approach to education in the future. With that knowledge, I challenge my team to create an experience tailored to individual development stages to ensure every child has the best possible opportunity to succeed.

In a sense, we recognise the individual pathways children will travel to discover who they are and who they want to be in the future. It is our responsibility to nurture and facilitate this exciting journey.

It is our belief that all children are afforded the opportunity to attend a school that wholeheartedly believes in a child’s individual journey and guides them through the joys of growing and developing as unique people.
